Dr. Van Haren had an existing installation and just needed to add two more computers to his operatories. Dr. Van Haren had planned ahead well so the rooms were already wired and ready to go. We set him up with some Dell computers, ICW cpu and monitor mounts, and waterproof wireless keyboards and mice.
Dr. Pike had a number of goals for this particular project. She was transitioning from Practiceworks to Dentrix, needed some consistency and security in her computer setup, and wanted operatory and hygiene computers with a dual monitor setup so that both staff and patients could view images at the same time.
A local dentist asked us if a better monitor would make his schick xrays look better. He was currently using a Dell 17” ultrasharp monitor and had heard about xray specific monitors used in hospitals. We hadn’t heard about these, but we did some legwork and got our hands on a few to do some comparison testing.

Dr. Charchut needed to transition her practice from having computers just in the front office to having the entire practice digital ready. Along with a new server, we put a computer and monitor in each operatory.
