Free Consultation and Technology Treatment Plan: This is a comprehensive analysis of your system. It will illustrate your system in its current state and outline a plan moving forward.
The Free Consultation is a low pressure process where the ultimate goal is to educate you on the specifics of your system and your options to improve or upgrade. The Technology Treatment Plan is a fluid document that can be modified, scaled back, or divided into phases. Our job is to help you to make a sound decision.
Our Consultation consists of the following steps.
- Make an initial visit out to your office to discuss your technology including problems you may be having, changes you may be planning, and goals you have for the future. DDS Integration will take detailed inventory of all your computers, including system specifications and pictures to help visualize the "Where are we now?"
- DDS Integration will then consolidate all of the gathered information into a comprehensize Technology Treatment Plan document. Here we will compare your current system with the recommendations put forth by your Practice Management System and Imaging software. We will then make a detailed step by step process to take your system from where it is today to where it needs to be.
- We will make a second visit to your office to discuss the Technology Treatment Plan, including the services and equipment necessary to make it all happen. Our plan will present an ideal scenario which serves as a baseline to discuss what is most important, what is not, and perhaps what can wait until later.
- Once you have decided on a solution, DDS Integration will implement that solution and be available immediately following to help and train you and your staff in any way that we can.
