If you are encountering errors while trying to open a Sendinc encrypted email, please follow the steps below to resolve (explanation of issue at the end of this FAQ, after the troubleshooting steps).Troubleshooting StepsOn the computer from which you are trying to view the Sendinc encrypted email, open your internet browser (if not open already). We are going to clear the browser cookies and cache. Please be advised that these steps could remove website login credential auto-fills saved. You may need to re-login on some websites. These steps will not delete any saved passwords, though.If using Google Chrome, click the kebab menu (the three vertical dots) in the top right corner of your browser.Locate and click on "Delete browsing data..."Select More on the right and select All time for the time rangeSelect Cookies and other site dataSelect Cached images and filesLeave all other options unselectedClick Delete dataIf using Microsoft Edge, click the ellipsis menu (the three horizontal dots) in the top right corner of your browser.Locate and click on "Delete browsing data"Select All time for the Time RangeSelect Cookies and other site dataSelect Caches images and filesLeave all other options unselectedClick Clear nowIf using Mozilla Firefox, click the hamburger menu (the three horizontal lines) in the top right corner of your browser.Locate and click on SettingsNow look for Privacy and securityScroll down in that menu and look for Browsing dataClick Clear browsing dataSelect Everything for WhenSelect Cookies and site dataSelect Temporary cached files and pagesLeave all other options unselectedClick ClearYou may need to close your browser window(s) and relaunch your browser before attempting to open the Sendinc encrypted email again.Try opening the Sendinc encrypted email again.Please be advised that this is a per computer, per browser issue, not a per Sendinc account issue. So any computer running into errors while opening Sendinc encrypted emails will have to clear its browser cookies and cache history.Explanation of IssueDue to a "backend" issue with Sendinc, Sendinc support has advised clearing browser cache to resolve issues receiving Sendinc encrypted emails.
